Do you take surcharges for office shifting?

No. We only charge you the rates that are pre-discussed with you and will not charge any hidden or surcharges along that.

Do I need to pay any extras to the movers?

You don’t need to give any extras to the mover. But if you are satisfied enough with the work, you can tip them according to your preference. But it isn’t a mandatory thing for you to do.

What if my things get damaged?

If any of your items are damaged we request you to contact us and we will look into it. In such unfortunate and rare cases we will be compensating you for any damages.

Can the movers be trusted with official documents?

We prefer our clients packing important documents and files themselves according to their perspective. But in case if the client wants us to pack the files or documents for them, our mover can do the packing according to the instructions. Or to pack the important paperwork, BasaChange will provide packing boxes and other packing material for according to client’s need.

How fast can you shift my office?

In cases of local shifting, it usually is few hours of work completed within a day. Distant moving though can take a bit of time depending on the distance. But yet all office sizes and effects aren’t the same.
